Custom Cover - Chester Yawl

The Chester Yawl's long sleek lines will give you a boat that is worth preserving.  Once you finish building it, you will need a cover to protect this graceful hull.  These rugged Sun-DURA® custom hull covers will do just that.

This custom-fit Sun-DURA® khaki cover is made specifically for this boat, providing a “glove-like” fit that is well suited for use during storage, on the mooring, or when traveling. The padded reinforcements at key stress points provide extra durability for many years of trouble-free performance.

Sun-DURA® is 100% Solution-Dyed 7.6oz marine grade polyester, with a 600 x 600 Denier weave. Sun-DURA® colors are part of the polyester fiber itself so the color goes completely through the fiber instead of being just on the surface. The 100% Polyurethane finish coating provides excellent UV, mildew, and rot resistance, and superior protection from both sun and water damage. Excellent protection against cold-cracking also. The fabric is breathable to help allow interior moisture to escape. An air-vent is also include with this cover.

This product has a seven-year Limited Warranty.

This cover features:

• Heavy duty 1/4″ draw rope encased in the hem for easy installation and a snug fit.
• Heavy duty boat cover tie-down kit has 12 tie-down straps.
• The cover has a sewn-in pad for use with optional boat cover support pole.
• Vinyl reinforcements are sewn in at stress points.
• Tie-down kit, support pole (shown above), and vent are included.
• THIS COVER IS AVAILABLE IN TWO OPTIONS: for boats with sliding seat riggers, and those with fixed seat rowing.
  

Joint seams are folded four-ply with no raw edges. Double-stitch construction gives added strength and durability. Weather-resistant anti-wick thread is used throughout construction. Double reinforced tie-down loops are sewn directly into the hem.
