Gemini Replacement Centerboard
Chesapeake Light Craft produces replacement centerboards for the Gemini 105M and 105MC multihulls at our shop in Annapolis. The 105MC started production in 2000, and like the originals, the boards are asymmetrical foils, available in port and starboard configurations. These are not stock items; each is made to order and does not qualify for discounts.
You can purchase unfinished or save a week's worth of your time and let us finish them for you. These boards are machined to NACA foil profiles on our CNC cutter. We use tough marine-grade Douglas fir, and if finished, we follow with heavy coatings of marine epoxy and graphite and finish sand them ready for bottom paint. Hardware is not included.
