Northeaster Dory Sloop Rig Sailing Kit Upgrade
The Northeaster Dory Sailing Upgrade kit is for builders opting for the sloop rig. Â It includes the parts to:
1. Raise and lower the mainsail on a mast track with a halyard. (The stock version has the mainsail laced to the mast and boom.)
2. Adjust the outhaul tension quickly by adding a fairlead and a cleat for the outhaul.
3. Lead the jib sheets through swiveling Harken cam cleats.
This upgrade may be added to existing kits at any point in construction or may be retrofitted to completed boats at any point.
