Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email and your refund or exchange once our warehouse inspects the arrival.
